FR : Le projet consiste en la construction de 2 bâtiments. Le premier est destiné à l'enseignement et le second accueillera des bureaux. Tous deux présentent des façades contrastées : la façade monolithique et épurée en béton lasuré côté route de Schiltigheim, tranche par rapport aux trois autres façades plus sobres en panneaux de bois bakélisé qui sauront parfaitement s'intégrer dans le parc existant. En périphérie des bâtiments, des câbles en inox permettront la végétalisation des façades.
Le projet s'inscrit dans le respect du parc d'activité qui a su rester très vert, tout en proposant une nouvelle entrée plus contemporaine qui saura amorcer le renouveau du parc.
UK : The project consists of the construction of 2 buildings. The first is intended for teaching and the second will house offices. Both have contrasting facades: the monolithic and pure facade in stained concrete on the road side of Schiltigheim, contrasts with the three other more sober facades in bakelized wood panels which will perfectly fit into the existing park. On the periphery of the buildings, stainless steel cables will be used to green the façades.
The project is in line with the respect of the business park, which has managed to remain very green, while proposing a new, more contemporary entrance that will initiate the renewal of the park.
