FR : L’opération composée de deux bâtiments de logements collectifs est située dans le lotissement du Parc des Roselières à Obernai. Exprimant une architecture contemporaine marquée par sa préoccupation environnementale, le projet veille particulièrement à la bonne articulation entre l’environnement paysager du parc des Roselières et les cœurs des îlots. Une architecture à la fois simple et juste donne une image harmonieuse au lotissement du Parc des Roselières. Les logements sont orientés au maximum vers le sud, pour offrir des séjours et des balcons agréables. Ils sont desservis par deux entrées dans deux halls distincts.
La volumétrie des bâtiments est animée par des volumes saillants en bardage métallique en façades Sud. Ces éléments viennent rythmer la façade et donner une impression de plots. La façade du bâtiment Sud se différencie grâce à une structure métallique rapportée en nez de dalle, support de panneaux pare-vue bois. Ces éléments permettent d’intimiser partiellement les balcons.
La construction est réalisée en matériaux simples et naturels en adéquation avec leur environnement, tels que : enduit blanc ou teinté, bardage métallique à joint debout, panneaux de bois naturel, béton matricé sur les socles et murs périphériques.
UK : The operation, consisting of two apartment buildings, is located in the Parc des Roselières housing estate in Obernai. Expressing a contemporary architecture marked by its concern for the environment, the project pays particular attention to the good articulation between the landscaped environment of the Parc des Roselières and the hearts of the blocks. An architecture that is both simple and accurate gives a harmonious image to the Parc des Roselières housing estate. The housing units are oriented as much as possible towards the south, in order to offer pleasant stays and balconies. They are served by two entrances in two separate halls.
The volumetry of the buildings is animated by projecting volumes in metal cladding on the south facades. These elements give rhythm to the facade and give an impression of plots. The facade of the south building is differentiated by a metal structure attached to the nose of the slab, which is supported by wood screen panels. These elements allow the balconies to be partially intimidated.
The construction is carried out in simple and natural materials in adequacy with their environment, such as: white or tinted plaster, metal standing seam cladding, natural wood panels, stamped concrete on the bases and peripheral walls.
